Bendix 807859N is a right hand, 10 spline air brake camshaft. The S-cam rides in bushings at the axle and is turned by the slack adjuster, which spreads the brake shoes against the drum. Up and down play at the cam during a brake job usually points to worn cam bushings or wear on the shaft, so it is a good moment to inspect both.
