Bendix 801285 is a genuine Bendix Compressor BA-921, the air brake compressor that builds and maintains the air supply for the brake system. A compressor of this kind should pass only a very small amount of oil, just enough to keep the piston rings lubricated, so the air stays clean and dry. As the piston bore wears and scuffs, the piston no longer fits as precisely and more oil can reach the air system, which is a sign the unit needs service or replacement. Pro Gear and Transmission sells it as a genuine Bendix part. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
A factory handling fee of $25.00 per order is added at checkout.
