Bendix 236531N is a TYP-50 diaphragm for an air brake chamber. The diaphragm is the sealed, flexing membrane inside the chamber: air pressure pushes on it, and it moves the push rod that applies the brake. When one fails, the usual clue is an audible air leak at the chamber while the brakes are applied, and the brake may feel weak or drag. A genuine Bendix part from Pro Gear and Transmission. A factory handling fee of $20.00 per unit is added at checkout.
