Bendix 801802 is a genuine Bendix ABS ECU, the electronic control unit for the anti-lock braking system, sold by Pro Gear and Transmission. An ABS controller of this kind watches wheel behavior while the brakes are applied. When a wheel is about to lock, it signals the modulator valves to cut off, release and reapply brake pressure in rapid cycles.
