The Chelsea 272ABKUP-B5BD is a 6-bolt, medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 272 Series. The 272 Series consolidates multiple legacy PTO lines into a single platform offering nine speed ratios and eighteen shift configurations. It supports pneumatic or hydraulic shift operation and includes an integral air control valve. Continuous-duty and intermittent torque capabilities reach up to 300 lb-ft, making it suited for aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck applications. Direct-mount outputs are available with optional Wet-Spline technology for extended PTO and pump shaft service life, while driveshaft outputs are compatible with the Smart-Start option for high-torque engagement conditions.
