The Chelsea 272KKJKX-V5XD is a 6-bolt hot shift Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 272 Series, designed for medium-duty applications in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck service. The 272 Series supports up to 300 lb-ft of intermittent torque and is available with pneumatic or hydraulic shift, with an integral air control valve included. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options, with rotatable flanges for flexible installation. Direct-mount outputs are available with the optional Wet-Spline feature for extended PTO and pump shaft life, and Smart-Start is offered for high-torque start-up conditions.
