The Chelsea 272KSJKX-A5XD is a 272 Series 6-bolt hot shift power take-off built for medium-duty applications including aerial, construction equipment, water trucks, and towing and recovery. The 272 Series supports intermittent torque of 201 to 300 lb-ft and is available with pneumatic or hydraulic shift. It features an integral air control valve, rotatable flanges, and wet-spline technology for extended PTO and pump shaft life. Output shaft options across the 272 Series include round shaft configurations with keyed drives. The 272 Series consolidates the former 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series into a single, flexible platform with nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options.
