The Chelsea 281GGFJW-D3RY is a 281 Series PowerShift (hydraulic) hot-shift power take-off designed for automatic transmissions with a 10-bolt aperture, including Allison transmissions. The 281 Series carries a continuous torque rating of 390 lb-ft and supports continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios cover both low- and high-speed applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, the clutch pack uses steel discs 80% thicker than the previous generation, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load.
