The Chelsea 282GPAJX-13RY is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from the 282 Series, an 8-bolt mount unit designed for demanding mobile equipment applications. The Chelsea 282 Series was developed as a redesign of the medium-duty hot shift PTO line, combining the 238 Series platform with upgraded internal components. The series is rated for continuous-duty operation, apply a 30% de-rate from the intermittent torque figure to determine continuous torque for a given application. Rotatable flanges and an integral air valve are standard series features. A Smart Start option is available for high-torque start-up conditions.
