The Chelsea 288GKFJP-M5RS is a 10-bolt, constant mesh Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 288 Series lineup. Built on the 281 Series platform, the 288 Series delivers a continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and features a round shaft output with a 1-inch, 1/4-inch key configuration. The cast iron housing pairs with ductile iron bearing caps that are 117% stronger than the gray iron caps used in the predecessor 287 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces vibrational effects. The positive-stop driveline output protects the oil seal from coupling damage. Wet Spline lubrication technology is available on this series, routing clean oil through the PTO and pump shaft to extend spline life.
