The Chelsea 489QFLZX-D3RA is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates a potential leak path while delivering the same torque capacity as the 442 Series. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The round output shaft measures 1-1/4 inch with a key drive.
