The Chelsea 489QFMEX-56RF is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to bolt directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings found on Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and similar gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing mounting time and potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with a wire/cable mechanical shift. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
