The Chelsea 489QLMEX-66XK is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions with an 8-bolt aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, without an adapter plate.
