The Chelsea 489XLEVX-A5RK is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, no adapter plate required. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the standard 8-bolt transmission opening and delivers the same 250 lb-ft torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. Output is via a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Intermittent torque rating for the series runs 201-300 lb-ft. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
