The Chelsea 489ZFDAX-T5SQ is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without the need for an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts straight to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range, with wire/cable mechanical shift and a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
