The Chelsea 871XBFJP-N5AC is a 10-bolt, PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Its compact housing is built to minimize clearance conflicts in tight installations, and a ductile iron bearing cap provides 117% greater strength compared to the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and reduces the effects of engine vibration. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this series broad application flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane equipment.
