The Chelsea 871XCFJP-N5XV is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous duty. A ductile iron bearing cap, rated 117% stronger than gray iron, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduce vibrational stress and improve clamp load. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit wide application flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper/cleaner vocations. Chelsea's 871 Series supersedes the 870 Series, and it is the only Chelsea PTO offering Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options in a single platform.
