The Chelsea 871XGFJP-N5XV is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series is rated for continuous-duty operation with torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) and shaft power of 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options accommodate a wide range of work-truck applications, including fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper-cleaner units. The compact housing is engineered to reduce clearance conflicts during installation, and a ductile iron bearing cap delivers 117% greater strength than the gray iron cap used on the predecessor 870 Series. Available output shaft types for the 871 Series include SAE B, SAE BB, and SAE C pump splines, as well as companion flange and DIN flange configurations. Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options are offered within the 871 Series line.
