The Chelsea 871XEFJP-N5AC is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series features a compact housing that reduces clearance issues and a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used in the predecessor 870 Series. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and helps resist vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 Nm) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Pressure lube and wet spline lubrication are standard. The 871 Series is available with Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options.

The 871 Series replaces Chelsea's 870 Series PTO. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options are available across the 871 Series line.
