The Chelsea 878XBQTP-M5XV is a constant mesh Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 878 Series, built to mount on Allison 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series carries a single continuous-duty torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft, making it one of the highest-rated PTOs available in its mounting class. The design features a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than the gray iron used in predecessor units, an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap to improve clamp load, and steel clutch disc thickness increased by 80% over the prior generation. Output shaft options across the 878 Series include SAE B, SAE BB, and SAE C pump splines as well as companion flanges. This unit is sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
