The Chelsea 489XCAHX-V5XY is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path and reducing installation time. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers up to 55 HP output. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. Available with a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft.
