The Chelsea 489XSBGX-V3RK is an 8-bolt Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts straight to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating a potential leak path. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with strong tapered bearings providing greater load-bearing capability than needle-bearing designs.
