The Chelsea 489ZLAHX-A5RK is an 8-bolt mechanical shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission aperture, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft output power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity. The 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft and wire/cable mechanical shift mechanism are standard on this unit.
