The Chelsea 489XWAHX-V4XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off unit built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Compatible transmissions in the 489 Series include Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec.
