The Chelsea 489DLMAX-56XY or 489DLMAX56XY is a 489 Series Power Take-Off designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The integral 8-bolt cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift mechanism and delivers output power in the 46-55 HP range.
