The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489KFAHX-A3XD or 489KFAHXA3XD is an 8-bolt, one-piece cast iron PTO designed to mount directly to manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The integral 8-bolt housing eliminates the adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths and cutting installation time. This series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and uses wire/cable mechanical shift actuation. Output is through a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity, and the 489 Series shares internal parts with the Chelsea 442 Series. Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
