The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489KHAHX-V3XK or 489KHAHXV3XK, is an 8-bolt PTO built for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Intermittent torque capacity runs 201 to 300 lb-ft. The 489 Series uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key.
