The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489KQITX-H3XK or 489KQITXH3XK, mounts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing both installation time and potential leak paths. This 489 Series unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features tapered bearings for greater load capacity compared to needle-bearing designs. Output is via a 1-1/4" round keyed shaft.
