The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489KSITX-W3XD or 489KSITXW3XD, is a mechanical-shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and its associated leak path. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series runs 201 to 300 lb-ft (301 to 400 Nm), with output shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
