The Chelsea 489QCLZX-D3RK or 489QCLZXD3RK is a Power Take-Off assembly from the Chelsea 489 Series, designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths.
