The Chelsea 489QSLZX-D3XK or 489QSLZXD3XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. The 489 Series delivers the same 250 lb-ft torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series and uses tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for improved load-bearing performance.
