The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XCAHX-A5AZ or 489XCAHXA5AZ mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4" round keyed output shaft. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load capacity. The 489 Series is rated for intermittent torque of 201-300 lb-ft and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
