The Chelsea 489XFAHX-T5RK or 489XFAHXT5RK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off unit built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical.
