The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XHAHX-A3RY or 489XHAHXA3RY, is a mechanical-shift PTO designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec gearboxes. The integral 8-bolt cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, cutting installation time and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque of 201 to 300 lb-ft and output power of 46 to 55 HP, backed by tapered bearings for greater load-bearing capability over needle-bearing designs.
