The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XSAHX-S3XD or 489XSAHXS3XD, is an 8-bolt air shift PTO designed for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
