The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSITX-H5XD or 489XSITXH5XD is a mechanical-shift PTO built around an 8-bolt one-piece cast iron housing that mounts directly to most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The integral housing eliminates the adapter plate found on many competing designs, reducing potential leak paths. The series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with tapered bearings in place of needle bearings for greater load capacity.
