The Chelsea 489ZLDAX-P6RK or 489ZLDAXP6RK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off unit built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The integral 8-bolt cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission, no adapter plate required, reducing potential leak paths and cutting installation time. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and operates on a wire/cable mechanical shift. Output is via a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Tapered bearings replace the needle bearings common in other PTOs, improving load-bearing capability. Compatible transmissions include Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec.
