The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489ZUDAX-W5XK or 489ZUDAXW5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The integral one-piece cast iron housing removes a potential leak path that adapter-plate designs introduce. This series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and output power of 46-55 HP, with shift via wire/cable mechanical actuation. The round output shaft measures 1-1/4" with a key. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, and strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
