The Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 221XCAHX-A5XK or 221XCAHXA5XK, is a 6-bolt mounted PTO built for low-speed, heavy-duty service on dump trucks, tow and recovery units, aerial equipment, and vocational applications. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with keyway) is driven through a cast iron housing with tapered cone output bearings, delivering up to 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) intermittent torque. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP (18 kW) at 500 RPM and 48 HP (36 kW) at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmission manufacturers include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Hino, among others.
