The Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off, part number 221XEAHX-A3RA or 221XEAHXA3RA, is a 6-bolt mounted PTO designed for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and others. The wire/cable mechanical shift and 1-1/4" round output shaft with keyway deliver output power in the 46-55 HP range, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing is available in standard or low-profile configuration. Greaseable pump shafts help reduce spline fretting and corrosion over time.
