The Chelsea 221XEAHX-W6XD or 221XEAHXW6XD is a 6-bolt Power Take-Off assembly from the Chelsea 221 Series, designed for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment.
