The Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 221XEAHX-A4XK or 221XEAHXA4XK, is a 6-bolt, wire/cable mechanical-shift PTO built for low-speed, heavy-duty service on dump trucks, tow and recovery rigs, aerial equipment, and vocational applications. It mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. A cast-iron housing with tapered cone output bearings handles side loads that needle-bearing designs cannot. The low-profile housing option aids clearance on tight chassis installations.
