The Chelsea 267XGFJP-M3AF or 267XGFJPM3AF is a 10-bolt constant mesh power take-off from the Chelsea 267 Series, engineered to fit Allison automatic transmissions. This non-shiftable PTO delivers shaft power of 32 HP at 500 RPM and 64 HP at 1,000 RPM, with an intermittent torque rating in the 301-400 lb-ft range (check application pages for actual torque ratings specific to your setup).
