The Chelsea 272HGLLP-B8SD or 272HGLLPB8SD is a 272 Series hot-shift power take-off assembly with a 6-bolt mounting configuration. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. The 272 Series is rated for continuous-duty torque up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) and intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range, with shaft power of 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. This unit shifts via pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and includes an integral air control valve. Rotatable flanges and a Smart-Start option for high-torque start-up conditions are part of the 272 Series design.
