The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272RBKUP-B3RY or 272RBKUPB3RY, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO with a 1-1/4" round output shaft and 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic (PowerShift), and the unit includes an integral air control valve for straightforward installation. Continuous torque capability for the 272 Series reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is rated at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. The 272 Series is compatible with transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others.
