The Chelsea 282GPAJX-13BV or 282GPAJX13BV is an 8-bolt PTO assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, built for medium-duty hot-shift applications. It accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and mounts to Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The 1-1/4" round output shaft is keyed with a 5/16" key. Continuous torque reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 282 Series includes an integral air valve, rotatable flanges, a Smart Start option for high-torque start-up, and an optional wet-spline configuration for extended shaft life.
