The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 442XBAHX-W5XD or 442XBAHXW5XD, is a 6-bolt mount PTO built around a cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings. This unit runs a 0.391:1 gear ratio with air shift actuation and a 1-1/4" round standard output shaft. Mounting is standard with metric studs. The output is lubricated grease-style with no pressure lube circuit required. The Chelsea 442 Series is designed to mate with virtually all current 6-bolt transmission applications. The series carries an intermittent torque range of 201-300 lb-ft and output power of 46-55 HP, with shaft power ratings of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM. Typical vocational applications include dump trucks, tow and recovery trucks, service trucks, snow and ice equipment, and aerial units.
