442XUAHX-V5XD Chelsea PTO Assembly

The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 442XUAHX-V5XD or 442XUAHXV5XD, is a 6-bolt mount PTO built for light-to-medium duty vocational truck applications including dump trucks, tow trucks, and service trucks. This unit runs a 0.391:1 gear ratio with air shift actuation and delivers power through a 1-1/4" round standard output shaft. Mounting uses a standard configuration with metric studs. The Chelsea 442 Series is designed to work with virtually all existing 6-bolt transmission applications. Thirty-six output options, eleven internal speed ratios, and ten shift options make it a versatile platform across vocational markets including aerial, construction, forestry, fire and rescue, and municipal equipment. Typical applications include snow and ice trucks, service trucks, dump trucks, and towing and recovery trucks. The 442 Series intermittent torque rating ranges from 201 to 300 lb-ft (check application pages for actual ratings). Output shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM for shaft-driven configurations.
