The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off, part number 442XXBAX-W5XJ or 442XXBAXW5XJ, is a 6-bolt mounting PTO built for light-to-medium duty vocational applications including dump trucks, tow trucks, and service trucks. This unit runs an air shift actuator and a 0.391:1 gear ratio with a 1-1/4" round standard output shaft. Mounting uses standard metric studs. No pressure lube is required on this configuration. The cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings on the output shaft give the 442 Series its torque capacity, rated at an intermittent torque of 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) for the series.
