The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GFAHX-U3XK or 489GFAHXU3XK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series (250 lb-ft / 339 Nm). Shift is air shift with a PTO/dump pump combo valve. Output is through an SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 489 Series fits most manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and others.
